About Dolphin:
A growing UK based organisation, we strive to create an atmosphere of flexibility and support. Our entire workforce is home based and we love it that way! We foster a team environment and we encourage our team to co-work virtually, or consider in person co-working hubs to ensure staff have the opportunity to have interaction with others. We appreciate that sometimes home working can be a lonely place, so we adopt a “work from anywhere” environment, as long as the environment is secure and you can adopt confidential working practices.
Our Director is motivated by her own disabilities to ensure that we are a supportive employer and her choice to ensure all staff are afforded the opportunity for complete flexibility stems from her own need for flexibility. Laura is a veteran and a spouse to a current serving member of the Armed Forces, we are proud Silver Award holders of the Employer Recognition Scheme and signees of the Armed Forces Covenant.
We encourage applications from candidates who are likely to be underrepresented. These include people from the following communities:
BAME; LGBTQI+; Parents or those with caring responsibilities and people with Chronic health conditions and disabilities.
Remuneration:
FTE approx £33,000 + commission available
Our contracts are offered on a Zero hour basis, however our objective is to move onto a “core team” who would be offered salaried positions with minimum hour commitment.
We pay our team per hour and this will depend on the projects you are working on. Our internal design rate is £14/hr, with the majority work being for clients and paid £16/hr. For internal meetings or basic admin, we pay £11/hr, however this is very minimal as our focus is on client work.
We offer a commission structure to encourage staff to bring in new business. We offer commission on all new monthly contracts payable on the completion of the client’s trial period. We also offer commission for 1-off jobs, payable on satisfactory completion of the task. We pay from 10% commission. (For example, if a contract of £4k per month is won - you would earn £400 in commission) This is not focused on design work and could be for any service we provide.
